Returns the next available Group from the Provisioner's range that can be assigned to a new Group.

The next available group address that can be assigned to a new Scene, or null, if there are no more available numbers in the allocated range.
Parameters
provisioner
Provisioner, who's range is to be used for address generation.
Throws
if no scene range is allocated to the provisioner.
